How Certification Works
Choose a Plan
Select the certification tier that fits your needs — Artist Register (₱299), Certify (₱1,999), or Premium Review (₱9,500 base). Each tier determines the depth of review your submission receives.
Submit Artist & Artwork Details
Fill in the registration form — artist information, artwork title, medium, dimensions, year created, and a photograph of the work. Returning artists are recognized by email so their details are pre-filled.
Upload Supporting Documentation
Upload clear photographs of the front, back, and signature of the artwork. Attach any existing provenance documents, purchase receipts, exhibition records, or gallery letters.
Pay Securely
Complete payment via GCash, Maya, or credit/debit card through our secure HitPay checkout. Your artwork record is created immediately and queued for review once payment is confirmed.
Documentary Review
Our review team examines the submitted documentation for completeness, consistency, and plausibility. We cross-reference details against known records where available. Review takes 5–10 business days (3–5 for Premium).
Certificate Issued
An approved artwork receives a permanent registry number (e.g. LR-2026-0001) and a digital Certificate of Authenticity with a unique QR code linking to the public registry record. The certificate can be downloaded as a PDF.
